Should be "Táim in éineacht leat i gcónaí": I'm always with you.

oh okay, does it mean differently otherwise without the i? or is it just grammatically incorrect?

It's just plain wrong without the "i". "I gcónaí" means "always"...it comes as a unit. "gcónaí" is nonsense.
