Well, dhearna would be more standard - but yes, it's correct. zustimm

Another possibility, with a little more emphasis on the contrast:
Ní Dia a rinne é seo, ach muidne.
God did not do this; we did.
(In English you'd mark this by vocal intonation; in Irish you change the grammar up.)

You will also hear Cha dtearn and Cha dtearr in certain parts of Donegal too.
