its just Síorghrá (no h) unless you put a Mo for my before it, or A before it when addressing someone _________________ ...

Hi, if you're gonna use the word just by itself, you're getting an extra H there. The h is added only in some grammatical cases.
Síorghrá
Sheer-ggraw

Just to complete the picture:
If you do use "mo" or "a" ("my" or the vocative particle ) in front of "síorghrá," then it DOES take the "h" ("mo shíorghrá/a shíorghrá), and the pronunciation becomes "muh HEER-ggraw" or "uh HEER-ggraw."
As Julius and 10th Century have said, though, "síorghrá" is the root word, and must be written without the "h" after the "s" if it stands alone.
