I need a translation for I Miss You for a tattoo.

The tattoo is in memory of my grandmothers. I have found cronaím thú but I am not sure if that is correct. Thanks!

There are other ways of saying it, but there's nothing wrong with "cronaím thú"

Since this is for a tattoo, please wait for more input.

check out this thread : http://www.irishgaelictranslator.com/translation/viewposth.502481-highlight-.html#502481

and come back here for confirmation when you chose one - cos since it is for grandmothers, it will be slightly different.

"Airím uaim sibh / I miss you (plural)"

Would this be suitable?

PS - Please await "thumbs up".

Yep, Airím uaim thú is correct also, and it's roughly pronounced areem ooam hoo. ja

DT brings up a good point, though, and it's one I missed as well. Apparently this is for MULTIPLE grandmothers. So, in any of the choices, "thú" needs to be replaced with "sibh."

May I say that inflected ó as uaim uait is mostly pronounced with an initial w as 'wem' 'weit' 'wai' etc

'BrigidKathleen' - You have two choices for your
requested translation for your grandmothers.

"Airím uaim sibh / I miss you"

"Cronaím sibh / ~~~~~~~"

Both translations are in the plural form.
