I'd read it as:

Caw-sah ar anom-cara ar a hay-la areesh ar toluv
Leh hay-la go braw sa vwal-yeh leh yeeuh
Leh hayla i gonie is go braw, amen

Looks good to me only I would write "ar talamh" and pronounce "le Dia" as "leh deeuh".
