the rough pronunciations are as follows:
'rock-ih-meed
'beull-feh-meed
'kay-lah
don't pause on each syllable, Irish is spoken very fast with words being strung together so just practise saying each word fast. _________________ éanna | | Bí cinnte dearfach deimhnitheach | Do not take my translations as a given!

I'd pronounce them more like RAKH-uh-mij, BWAYL-uh-mij, KHAY-leh
The "KH" combination is a gutteral sound, similar to the "ch" in "Bach" or "loch."
Different areas of Ireland pronounce things differently...this reflects more of an Ulster spin.
