Need phrase translated for t-shirt design

Hello. I'm designing a t-shirt for an annual golf tournament and would like the motto written in Gaelic. The phrase is "Knock a few in. Knock a few back." The first part refers to the golf (knock the ball in) and the second to the party/barbeque afterwards (have a couple of beers). Please help. Thank you.-cmh

There's a good chance the pun won't work in Irish - puns are generally hard or impossible to translate. Did you still want us to look at it?

Caith siar é (Lit. throw it west)

I was taught this phrase in Conemara. there may be other idioms for this phrase, so wait for others to give their input.

That's the one, I couldn't think of it earlier...
The one I gave taosc siar iad was my mutation of the idiom
Bhí sé ag taoscadh siar - He was knocking them back
Taoscadh means to drain so it's probably a bit OTT -
