I want to get the first initials of my family members tattooed on my shoulder and I am wonderful what the single letters would be, if they would be any different...it would be:

It kind of depends on what the actual names are. Irish doesn't use the letter "J," for example.

So, live for today would be translated as,
"Go maire mar inniu"?

That's my translation, but there are many more translators WELL above my level, so before you start warming up the ink gun, wait and see what they have to say. Between all of us, you'll get a good one :wink:
