Hello, can someone please help with an English to Irish translation for our band name? The name of our band is the Brevard Police and Fire Pipes and Drums. And yes, I know bagpipes are more Scottish! Our band is mainly comprised of people from Irish ancestry, and the majority of the music we play is Irish, so we decided an Irish translation of our name would be more appropriate for us! Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

Sometimes it’s easier to take the easy way out of our emotions.
I won’t do that today, because of all you’ve done for me.
I want to give you more today, for all you’ve done for me.

So I will give you this piece of my soul, for your honesty.
And I will give you my thankfulness for knowing you.
I am giving you my words to read when I can’t be there for you.
I am giving you the most precious title I can.

I will call you friend.
