for my tattoo i wanted to get "destroy what destroys you." and i used google translations and recieved a scriosann tú milleann sé ionchais. which is not an exact translation. i was wondering if anyone could figure out a more exact one or if it's not possible at all. thanks !

Lol Google translate is terrible at times!

Anyways I'd try "Scrios an rud a scriosann thú féin" Destroy the thing that destroys yourself

Wait for confirmation/better translation
Await confirmation always, please.

Google "translate" is always terrible!

Even given that, hiimirish, translations are rarely "exact." Languages don't work that way...they're not codes for one another.

I like Gumbi's.
