What is this question asking, "An bhfuil fadb agat"

I have not seen the word fadb before.

fadhb = problem

An bhfuil fadhb agat? = Do you have a problem?

At Oideas Gael in Donegal, they sell great t-shirts, including one that says Fadhb ar bith ("No problems/worries"). It's a great conversation starter if you wear it to the gym (where it can also be interpreted as "No sweat"), proselytizing for learning Gaeilge.
I'm still a learner, so be sure to get input from others, especially for tattoos.
