That doesn't look quite right. Did you omit a space? My guess is it's:
Máire na mna go deo Mary of women always But if it's meant to be Jesus's Ma, she's usually referred to as Muire, not Máire. I'VE MOVED TO

Oh, I didn't even see the "go", I was so focussed on trying to figure out what "namna" was. I'd say An tOileánach is right.

I think it's originally from a longer blessing/saying:
Sláinte na bhfear is go maire na mná go brách! Health to the men and may the women live forever! I'm still a learner, so be sure to get input from others, especially for tattoos.
