That doesn't look quite right. Did you omit a space? My guess is it's:

Máire na mna go deo
Mary of women always

But if it's meant to be Jesus's Ma, she's usually referred to as Muire, not Máire.

Oh, I didn't even see the "go", I was so focussed on trying to figure out what "namna" was. I'd say An tOileánach is right.

Sláinte na bhfear is go maire na mná go brách!
Health to the men and may the women live forever!
