i'm not REALLY looking for a manual translation...
i really like a ancient irish or celtic saying/song/proverb that i only know translated into german:
Nimm dir Zeit zum Arbeiten – es ist der Preis des Erfolges.

my direct translation into english would be:
take your time to work - it's the price of wealth/succes
take your time to think - it's the source of power
Take your time to play - it's the secret of eternal youth
take your time to read - it's the source of wisdom
take your time to be friendly - it's the path to happiness
take your time to dream - it takes you closer to the stars
take your time to love - it's the privilege of the gods
take your time to look around - the day is to short to be selfish
take your time to laugh - it's the music of the soul
i hope anyone of you can help me out an knows the gaelic original (or perhaps the original english translation can help either to google the gaelic version
...)the center of my interest are the 2 lines
