Sona Naomh Padriag la do gach duine a bheith ar cheann sabhailte agus sasta.Dia bless Eire. I'm pretty sure the last sentence says GOD bless Ireland, but what does the rest of the statement mean?

It means that someone went to Google Translate. It's typical Google gibberish.

What they apparently INTENDED to say is:

Happy Saint Patrick's Day to everyone may you all be safe and happy. God bless Ireland.
