Greetings all,
This is going to be a real long shot but IGT is usually the best place to find an answer than anywhere else on the web since the ppl are so diverse. Here goes; a friend was trying to suggest a book for me to read but for the life of him he cannot recall the author's name. This is what I have to go on if any of you have any ideas:

perhaps 40 years old or so today
wrote about Elizabeth I
wrote about celtic times
has an Irish sounding name
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

well ............ the name was found. Patricia Finney in case any of you are interested. Oddly enough though; now that her name is found every link to her website is a 'cannot find'!!! Thanks to all who stopped in to read this quest.
