I think this is one way it could be said:
aondhearcach ar tí meargántacht
I'm still a learner, so be sure to get input from others, especially for tattoos.

that's a very loaded sentence in english. Can you unpack it? single-minded..meaning what? and what is your notion of recklessness? Are you trying to portray a negative feature of yourself in a positive way or vice versa...do you mean you are stubborn and unrelenting and unwilling to accept help even when you are wrong. Do you mean that you do not listen to people? Are you angry, are you driven, are you willing to risk everything because you cannot stop being reckless? Are you afraid of the confrontation that could be a dialogue? Is there an abnegation of any sense of otherness in the estimation of yourself to yourself and if this is attacked will you wreck it?

Or are you saying that you forthright and righteous in your single-mind, recklessly so to others but not to yourself?

or something different....?
Ba mhaith liom lámh chúnta a thabhairt d'éinne atá ag foghlaim agus ba mhaith liom déanamh amhlaidh mé fhéin.

I'll try to explain a lil bit further. I suppose it could be positive or negative - but basically single-minded as stubborn, like I get an idea in my head, good or bad, and am stubborn and single-minded about following/fulfilling this. Could be good, that I don't give up, but could lead to recklessness as I'm deadset on doing this, almost no matter the way or 'consequences'. Does that make any more sense? Let me know if you need more explanation - that's the easiest way for me to explain it.
