it looks like you are confusing the verbs buail and buaigh

I think you need : dá mbuafá here

Isn't buail used for winning also?

an méid mór - a big amount or some - I want to say I'd give a big amount to my family.
céim eile - another degree (maybe I don't need 'an'?)

Céim can mean degree or step/stage. So if you're saying university degree, rather than 'do/take the next step', I'd say dhéanfainn céim ollscoile eile, especially since there is nothing else related to this to give it context.

**with this I'm confused - I'm trying to say 'accident book' so 'book of accidents' but does that mean genitive singular or plural?

Scoobytyson (or someone) can you also explain úra at the end of the previous one please? I had a crazy notion that plural feminine nouns don't take a plural adjective, but maybe I'm mixing it up with some other rule with plural feminine nouns?
