I think I'd go for a more Irish idiom on that one:

Tá mo chroí istigh ionat, a Chaitlín

Literally "My heart is within you, Katie."

I assumed you wanted her name in an Irish form as well, since it has one. If not, just put "Katie" where "Chaitlín" is.
