Yup, and you can also have 'd'fheil sé dúinn'.
Wait for confirmation on the last part. There's a nagging feeling it could be 'd'fheil sé orainn'.

PS, you're probably using a very general 'it' but if it's something specific and that something happens to be a feminine word then it would be 'sí' instead of 'sé'. As it stands, you'll probably be fine with 'sé'.
