Aren't all Celtic languages the same?
Apart from Manx, you can say things like ''tá sé fear'' in that language.

you can't use "tá sé" with a noun; you have to use "is"
"Is" is used when equating anything...."x" ="y" or "x" is a "y" You use "tá sé" with adjectives tá sé mór ("Is" is for first order determination "tá" is second order determination) Ba mhaith liom lámh chúnta a thabhairt d'éinne atá ag foghlaim agus ba mhaith liom déanamh amhlaidh mé fhéin.
