Is dócha go mbeadh sé go maith do theaghlach le gasúir óga.
You can imagine them at real Mass- "How many points does the priest get for that Mommy?" :D

Note: if your translation is for a tattoo, wait at least for 3 confirmations.

My translations are seldom correct.
Tá m'aistriúcháin ceart go hannamh.

Fuair 6,200 duine bás ó fliú na muice ar fud an domhain.

fuair X bás = X died
fliú na muice = swine flu (muc = pig, muice = of pigs)
ar fud an domhain = around the world

Scoring: Humans get 1 point for every sentence. Wombats get 1,000,000 points for every sentence. By participating in this game, you accept these terms and any future terms a wombat might dream of, including but not limited to the levying of chocolate chip cookie fines.

Fliú na muice: "Ní Muidne Is Ciontaí Leis" a deir na muca.

It's no miracle, I could see but now I am blind
Ní míorúilt é. Bhí amharc agam ach anois tá mé dall/caoch.

I don't know if other people make the distinction.
But for me "caoch" can mean bad vision, whereas "dall" is totally blind.
