It wasn't all very clear to me. Here's what I could understand. Maybe someone else can fill in the gaps.

"President of Ireland, Máire Nic Giolla Íosa and her husband Máirtín, President of the GAA, Seán ó Cheallaigh, and loyal people of Cork, here ..............(Corn Mhic Cárthaigh?) for the second year in a row. This is the................County Cork hurling championship? Up Cork, Up the Rebels. It's a long journey from Fiji to Cork, and from Cork to Croke Park. It is a great honour for me to accept the cup on behalf of the great Cork hurling team, on behalf of the magament team and on behalf of the loyal people of Cork who always gave us the best of support. Than you very very much. On behalf of the hurling team I would like to express our gratitude to the manager, John Allen and his selectors Frank Sheehy, Ger Cunningham, Joe O leary, Mattsie Morrisey, the support team made up of Seanie McGrath, Dermot? Wallace, Dr. Con Murphy, Declan O'Sullivan, Chris O'Donovan, ............. and Jim McEvoy, thank you all very much. Cork Committee? and ...................sponsors O2 who.......... this year and who helped us to win the championship. To finish lets not forget the Galways hurlers, we congratulate them today, they were sporting, spirited, brave and showed wonderful skill. For certain their day will come soon. Lets give them...........Hip hip hooray. Thank you all very much and.........safe home."
Warning: Reasonable command of Irish - but I still make basic errors.

Craobh na hÉireann tuillte ag Corcaigh. Agus anois bronnfaidh Uachtarán an Chumann Lúthchleas Gael Seán Kelly Corn Mhic Cárthaigh ar chaptaen usal Chorcaigh Seán Óg Ó hAlpín. Uaimse Garry Mac Donnchadha agus ó Pat Florry go gcuaidí Dia sibh.
_ _ _ _ _ _ _

A Uachtarán na hÉireann Máire Uasal Mhic Giolla Íosa, agus a fear céille Máirtín, Uachtarán Chumann Lúthchleas Gael Seán Ó Ceallaigh, agus a muintir dílis Chorcaigh, seo agaibh Corn Mhic Cárthaigh don dara bliain as a chéile.

Seo é an [1.19 ]t-aon craobh, an Craobh Iománaíocht buaite ag Corcaigh. Corcaigh abú, Rebels abú, up yer Rebels. Is fada an turas é ó Fiji go Corcaigh, agus ó Corcaigh go Párc Uí Chrócaigh. Is mór an onóir domsa glacadh leis Mhic Cárthaigh, ar son foireann iontach iománaíochta Corcaigh agus an bainistíochta foirfe agus ar son muintir dílis Chorcaigh a thug sár-tacaíocht i gcónaí dúinn. Go raibh míle míle maith agaibh go léir.

Ar son na iománaithe ba mhaith linn ár mbuíochas a chur in iúl don bhainisteoir Seán Ó hAilín agus a chuid roghnóirí Frank Sheehy, Ger Cunningham, Joe O Leary, Mattsie Morrisey. An foireann tacaíochta déanta suas de Seanie McGrath, Dearmad Wallace, Dr. Con Murphy, Declan O'Sullivan, Chris O'Donovan, Niall Poyne and Jim McEvoy, go raibh míle maith agaibh. An Coiste Condae Corcaigh [2.50] agus ár co-sponsors O2 [2.52] i mbliana .. a chabhraigh linn chun an craobh a bhuachaint.

Mar focal scoir ná deanimís dearmad ar iomaitheoirí na Gaillimhe. Threasaigh [battled] siad anseo inniu. Bhí siad spórtúil, spioradúil, cróga, agus bhí scileanna thar ball acu. Agus is cinnte go dtiocfaidh a lá go luatha. Tugamís [3.20] hip fáiltiú dóibh. Hip Hip Horraí. Hip Hip Horraí. Go raibh míle maith agaibh go léir agus go dtéigh sibh slán abhaile.
