If it's a rhetorical question, then a direct translation may not be appropriate, as the intonation in the English sentence changes the meaning in a way it wouldn't in Irish. In that case you might need:
Nach [insert word for witty] atá tú, a chailín?
Is maith an séideadh sróine do dhuine smuga a fheiceáil ar dhuine eile!
