Maybe:

Cé chomh deisbhéalach atá tú, a chailín

Wait for more.

Kenailan. You version doesn't look right to me.
Warning: Reasonable command of Irish - but I still make basic errors.

Cé chomh smartálta atá tú, a chailín-sa...
Ba mhaith liom lámh chúnta a thabhairt d'éinne atá ag foghlaim agus ba mhaith liom déanamh amhlaidh mé fhéin.

If it's a rhetorical question, then a direct translation may not be appropriate, as the intonation in the English sentence changes the meaning in a way it wouldn't in Irish. In that case you might need:

Nach [insert word for witty] atá tú, a chailín?
Is maith an séideadh sróine do dhuine smuga a fheiceáil ar dhuine eile!
