Further to my question does the phrase I need translated mean something to do with St. Brigid?

I think they are trying to say

Brídeóg na Celtaigh go deo.

(young)Brid of the Celts forever.

Please note the indigenous Irish are not Celts but Gaels.

Brídeóg na nGael go deo
would be more accurate

Brídeog means Bride as at a wedding and also the effigy of St Brigid paraded around on the eve of her feastday 29th january.
What was the context of the sentence above?

brídeog can also be used as one of a number of words meaning young woman, especially in a poetic context or a song.
