Well if it's from the Bible I wouldn't trust it. If you really need help, put your cup in a bucket until it stops running over or else drink quicker.
It's a direct quote from An Bíobla Naofa, so barring typos, it should be perfect. I'm having trouble opening Adobe today, so I can't check it.

Just recently acquired a Scottish Gàidhlig New Testament, so if it is in the NT and you give me chapter and verse, I can find you the Gàidhlig version.
I'm still a learner, so be sure to get input from others.

It's not New Testament, I'm afraid. It's Psalm 23 ("The Lord is my shepherd...").
