Sean athair in Grand father as in the English formal way he is my grandfather,
The others Dadieo means Grandad or Grampa and the same with the other which means Big daddy literallly.
Personally when I spoke about my Grandpa I referred to him as My sean athair but if I spoke to him as Gaeilge I called him Daideo (grampa)
Hope this is clear

"Seanathair" should be written as one word, not two. Yes...it's the equivalent of "grandfather." Yes...Daideo is the Irish equivalent of grandpa/granddad/pop pop/etc. Redwolf
