I thought I'd do abit of research into Irish wedding invitations, and 3 sites agree that you should say "request the honour of your presence" and not " the pleasure of your company." Though these all appear in English, so Irish Gaelic might be another case, but here is my attempt

Achainíonn ____ agus ____ an onóir do láithreachta.

Well that's my attempt, you'll need to add more onto that probably, maybe you could research more into the wording of the invitation, than again everything sounds beautiful in Irish :P

Wait for input and corrections on that though.

It would be good if we could get some more suggestions or confirmations.
Or has the OP already gone to the printers.

"Ba bhreá le
_______ agus ______
Dá mbeadh tú/sibh
in ann ceiliúradh linn
tráthnóna ár mbainse ag _________"

I'd go with BrídMhór's suggestion. I would have thought bainise but I see Google has many examples of bainse - so I guess it's an acceptable substitute.
Warning: Reasonable command of Irish - but I still make basic errors.
