Faith is Creideamh. I'd pronounce it KREDGE-uh

As for "Jessie Lea," I'd have to say it as "Jessie Lea!"

Pronounced: CRED-juv

Well, there ARE "j's" in Irish, just not in native words.

Jessica was made up by Shakespeare for the daughter of Shylock in The Merchant of Venice. It was probably based on a Hebrew name Ischah.
