I am getting Brothers for Life tattooed on my forearms and I guess I need a phrasing of it that is smaller than "Dearthaireacha Síorraí" or "Dearthaireacha ar feadh an Saol." I deeply appreciate any assistance that can be offered.

"go saol" doesn't look right: it suggests "brothers until life."

Does this refer to your actual genetic brother? If not, then you want Bráithre, not Deartháireacha.

Other options besides "síoraí" (which means "eternal") are

"go deo" or "go brách," both of which mean "foever."

How about this:

If this refers to your actual genetic brother, use:

Deartháireacha go deo

If it is a brother of affection, comradeship, metaphor or the like,

Bráithre go brách
