Yup, there are several regulars here that either are Irish and live in Ireland, or at least are Irish and live in other countries.

Myself, I'm in Oireland.

Cool - have you had a look at Oideas Gael?

www.oideas-gael.com

Somhairle and I are toying with the idea of attending a session there...if us city slickers can ever come to terms with lighting a torf stove *hehehe*

Hey, can we petition to have Harris and Montgommery counties annexed by the Republic considering the huge numbers of Gael that live hereabouts? ;D

In Germany there is a law now that all beer in bottles or cans must be reusable and taken back by the distributor. Since the amount is too small, Guinness doesn't want to spend all the money to take it back, and Germany doesn't want to help Guinness out...so

There is no Guinness in bottles or cans to be had in Germany at the moment  Must go to the pub if one want's the black stuff...

It's also led to a shortage of other Irish products, and I'm getting annoyed at this nonsense. Just my random ranting...it's ok, I'm not really a hot headed person. 8)

That really has to suck! No Guinness is like no water! ;D

Méabh, I sure hope Deutschland gets its act together w/ this Guinness crisis! ;D
