It's not quite correct but I understand it well. I don't want to go over the grammar of it right now though.

Murk's was very good too, very few aberrations from standard Irish. Maye it's coz he's not a native English speaker?

What is the Irish equivalent of "negative" anyway? As in "negative 2 degrees".

I don't know, must find out. In the old days they prolly said it was sioctha (freezing) and left it at that.
