Hi, I think this is how to say it:
Lig dom bheith i do réalt ar feadh oíche amháin

you can use it in the place of do
an cat s'agamsa - my cat
an cat s'agatsa - your cat
an cat s'aigesean - his cat
an cat s'aicise - her cat
an cat s'againne - our cat
an cat s'agaibhse - your (pl) cat
an cat s'acusan - their cat

You wouldn't use "is" or "'s," and you wouldn't use that in this structure:
Let me be your star =
Let me be in my star for you -> you need "do." "Ag" wouldn't work here.

While I've never seen "seo" contracted like that, I'll take your word for it.
I still say that you need "do" here because she wants to be "his" star, she wants to be a star "for him" -> i mo réalta duit
