Co. na Mí = County Meath.

The Irish postal service excepts addresses in both English and Irish, so either of the above versions should be delivered.

Co. is basically the abbreviation for "contae" (county)

Meath as a whole is An Mhí

I wonder what would happen if you sent a letter to something like,

Séamus Ó Conchúir
23 Sráid Uí Chonnail
Inis
Co. an Chláir
Éire

Would the USPS deliver it, or would the Department of Homeland Security (Sieg Heil!) confiscate it and investigate?

I think it mite word, conditions:

a) they don't think it's a terroist plot written in Arabic
b) they bother themselves to look up what Éire means
c) they post it off to Ireland
d) then An Post deliver it
