Please can any one help.
Does any one know the correct colours of the Sligo Tartan as I have found at least three variations. Otherwise, please direct me to some correct source.

The Sligo county colours used in football & hurling are white & black. I don't know if that's what u mean.

I think Dublin's tartan and Co. Wicklows (& Wexford) are cool. So is Ireland's national tartan.

As long as we are on the subject, where can you find Family tartans? Also, what does Donegals Tartan look like? Do they have one?

I must say I always thought Tartan was confined to Scotland.

Well, for the most part, they are.
These county and national tartars, pretty though they be, are modern inventions and designs.
Some Irish families do have tartans, but most of them are originally Scottish families that hopped over the water.
