I was talking to a friend of mine on the net, and he referred to himself as a "randy bastard". He would not tell me what that stood for. He wanted me to figure it out. I do have my own thoughts on what it may mean, but if anyone could tell me for sure I would appreciate it. :D Thanks!

Both of those are English Words and have nothing to do with Irish/Scottish Gaelíc.

At the risk of shocking/offending any younger members - I think it is ok to say that randy = horny in this context.

But again nothing to do with Irish

Check you English Dictionary or key the words (individually) into an online English Dictionary such as
