Can anyone here translate this to Gaeilge?

Everyone is crying out for peace,
none is crying out for justice.

GRMA in advance

Here's a rough attempt:

Tá chuile dhuine ag glaoch amach ar an síocháin
ach níl duine ar bith ag glaoch amach ar an gceart.

I kinda prefer Pope Paul VI's idea, though

Más í an tsíocháin atá uait, oibrigh ar son an chirt

"There ain't no justice, there's just us. What happened to the meaning of 'in God we trust'? "
Pleased to meet you, take my hand. There is no way back from here.

Works for me:

If you want peace, work for justice.

Without war, there can be no peace.

I could, but I'm philosophically and theologically opposed to the concept.

:schlaumeier: Peace can be achieved without war, but not without justice. War, like all killing, is essentially an objective moral evil. It can, at times, be a necessary evil, but it remains an evil nonetheless. Life is the highest good, and therefore the destruction of life is the gravest evil.

Your sentence:

Gan an cogadh, ní féidir an tsíocháin a bheith ann

My sentence:

Without justice, there can be no peace

Gan an ceart, ní féidir an tsíocháin a bheith ann
