I have a feeling it means some sort of thank you, a dictionary I downloaded reports ca meaning mouth.

Cá is an interrogative which can mean what, where, when or how depending on the words it is used with. Raibh is a past form of the verb bí (to be in English) and tú is you. So probably in this context: Where were you?
