Well, let's start with a lovely native Irish expression:

Tá mo chroí istigh ionat: My heart is within you (a passionate way to say "I love you"). If you want to add "forever," it would be "Beidh mo chroí istigh ionat go deo" (My heart will be within you forever")

If you want to get literal:

Beidh mo chroí agat go deo "You'll have my heart forever"

Is leatsa mo chroí go deo "My heart is yours forever."

Please wait for further input.

Here it is in Irish, instead:

Tá mo chroí agat go deo = ''You have my heart forever''
Beidh mo chroí istigh ionat go deo = ''My heart is yours forever''

Wait for more, please.
