I'm thinking Lady Luck might be mná áidh.
I don't think there is a direct translation for sexy. Tá mé ag foghlaim i gcónaí. With translations, it is best to wait for someone more adept than I to confirm.

There are some tried and trusted English word combinations/sayings which do not translate well to other languages- as it is impossible to transfer the underlying meaning by new words in the 2nd language.
I would say Lady Luck falls into this category- and really a direct translation is futile as the meaning of the translated words will not convey the original 'message' It would be perfectly OK to use the words 'Lady Luck' in the middle of an Irish sentence without translation. If BW could tell the context in which the phrase was to be used- there may be a form of Irish words which may fit the bill- but which would not be a direct translation. Mná áidh given above is not a suitable translation(sorry Deb-). The queen is dead Tá an bhanríon marbh It's a job that's never started that takes the longest to finish.
