What you had looks OK to me, Andrimner, apart from the missing final h on haghaidh. But I rewrote it a little because I think that in Irish it's more common to say bhain mé úsáid as rud rather than d'úsáid mé rud.

Allright, thanks. How would the question look then, btw? An bhain é úsáid as le haghaidh siamsa? Or "baintear"? I don't really understand the "-tear"-ending.

New question: An zaiper é? (Is it a remote control? Not too sure if I remember the word for that correctly)

The "-tear" ending is called the saorbhriathar - I think the English term is "autonomous form," it means "somebody verbs" or "...is verbed". For example, "Rithtear" (somebody runs) or "dúntear an doras" (somebody closes the door, or the door gets closed).

By the way, I'd have gone with "an úsáideann sé..." too. Nothing against the oul' saorbhriathar or "bain," I just can't spell it!
