well i was wondering what my family motto would be in gaelic,i have it in latin i think ,Cervati et vici,it means "i have fought and conquered",i would greatly appreciate because i think im gona get a tattoo of it

I think you're mixing up two different tenses there . . . the simple past would be throid mé agus bhuaigh mé, or the imperfect would be throidinn agus bhuainn. That is, if either of those is the proper expression . . . :?
