I need a very accurate translation from English-irishgaelic...if possible.

"things quickly come and go"

it's for a tattoo and I've seen other translations that weren't accurate and I was told that I could find precise help here! Thanx!

Well, a literal translation is:

Tagann is téann rudaí go tapaidh

Things quickly come and go

A phrase used a lot about change, especially social change or fashions is:

D'imigh sin is tháinig seo
That went and this came

Hope this helps,

Slán,

Ailill.

What idea are you trying to get across in your tattoo.??
