Yes Phelan! I loved the humor in the movie.
Don't normally like stupid/silly movies but I really liked American Pie. LMAO during the whole thing.

Speaking of movies of yore I -love- the movie Labyrinth with David Bowie...
"Luudoo smellll baaaaad...."
The only odd thing is that I was always mad at the ending...she should have agreed to that deal
"Fear me, love me, do as I say and I will be your slave..."

My favorite comedies of the last decade have to be: Dumb and Dumber and Groundhog Day. Andi McDowell Woof! woof!

In 12th grade, I had a rather odd English teacher who, to "emphasise the power of repetition in a story", made us watch Groundhog Day every day for 2 weeks in his class. Then, he assigned an essay about character metamorphosis. No wonder Americans have such horrible English!
The next lesson, whatever it was, consisted of watching 4 episodes of Fawlty Towers. An odd man, he was.... He could at least have come up with something so we could watch The Life of Brian!
At least he let me be Lady Macbeth in the school play...
