Speaking of movies of yore I -love- the movie Labyrinth with David Bowie...

In 12th grade, I had a rather odd English teacher who, to "emphasise the power of repetition in a story", made us watch Groundhog Day every day for 2 weeks in his class. Then, he assigned an essay about character metamorphosis. No wonder Americans have such horrible English!
The next lesson, whatever it was, consisted of watching 4 episodes of Fawlty Towers. An odd man, he was.... He could at least have come up with something so we could watch The Life of Brian! At least he let me be Lady Macbeth in the school play... OUT DAMNED SPOT I think I need a whiskey... Is é Christian Stoehr mo chroí

Also, Kingpin and Tommy Boy. rarely foes a comedy make me LOL but those did.
