Hello everyone! I have always been interested in learning some of the Gaelic language, as my great-grandmother was born in Ireland and would speak the language to me when I was very little. I have had such a difficult time finding classes, or even books, that explain the language in terms that I can understand! I am thrilled about this website. So, first question, what is the word "lucky" in Gaelic? As in, "I am a very lucky girl!" I have gotten so many different answers from various websites-- the most recent being 'seannsail', however I think it may be the Scottish version. Please help?! Thanks so much!!!!

So I am taking the word 'adh' to be luck, is there a such thing as a suffix to make it lucky? Thanks so much for your quick reply!
