Looks like "I am weary/tired and I am alone"
Tá mé ag foghlaim i gcónaí. With translations, it is best to wait for someone more adept than I to confirm.

I'd translate it as 'I'm tired of being alone'

It could also be translated as 'I'm tired of being single!'
