Are you trying to say "I love the girl..." or is it a command to someone else to love her?

If the former, I'd say:

Tá grá agam go deo don cailín súl ghorm

But I would DEFINITELY wait for further input on that!

I think the genitive is a good way to go

I love the girl with blue eyes forever

Beidh mo ghrá go deo do chailín na súl gorm

Agreed -- we really do need to know this to get the translation right! :ja:

[with] love, [from] the girl with blue eyes, forever
[I will] love the girl with blue eyes forever
etc.

Also, is it the blue eyes or the love that's "forever"?

You need to use the indirect relative here. :ja:

You might get a kick out of my topic, only slightly related to a girl with blue eyes, but the cause of my problem!

ftopic35631.html

Hoping you have much better long term luck with a blue eyed woman. . .

Wesley
