This is Latin, apart from the last three words, 'Bás agus buaidh', which mean 'death and victory'. Buaidh seems to be a non-standard-ish spelling for 'bua'

That's latin, except for the last few words

BAS AGUS BUAIDH
death and victory

"Filí" is an Irish word, but I think it's a Latin word as well, so I'm no sure if it goes with the Latin bit or the Irish bit.

Most of that is Latin. The last three words appear to be Gaelic, but I'm assuming they're Scottish Gaelic. "Death and Danger" perhaps?

Having Googled, the Latin (which includes 'fili) means:

My son, I tell the soothfastlie
No gift is like to libertie
Then never live in slaverie.

"Dúid" Breatnach an tí. Is Breatnach deas mé.

My Irish is not very good, but I have kickass Welsh! I don't make mistakes in Welsh.
