Well, according to Gramadach na Gaeilge, attributive adjectives that begin with d, t, or s are lenited if they follow a word tht ens in d, n, t, l, or s. Drac / dracon of course is not an attributive adjective, but also according to Gramadach na Gaeilge "[t]o simplify, one could say that indefinite genitive attributives act like attributive adjectives". Since I would be using dracon as an indefinate attributive, that seems to suggest it should be lenited.
