I am trying to get "My Life Began 09/06/03" translated in to Irish Gaelic for my wifes wedding band can anyone help me?

"my life began" when? irish doesn't have incomplete thoughts like that.
ALWAYS get a second opinion on anything I, or anyone else, attempt to translate or transliterate.
I speak Connacht Irish, so some things I write, translate, or transliterate may be non-standard.

I don't think that this is incomplete. It would work in Welsh:

Verb + subject
"Dúid" Breatnach an tí. Is Breatnach deas mé.
