I'm wondering if this isn't meant to be a bit...er...naughty? Or perhaps it's just my dirty mind.

I found "ort" referred to as a pronoun form of "ar" and the example cited is cad tá ort? . Maybe something like enter at your own peril? The milk doesn't fit well with that, though, does it?

Well, "tarraing ar" means "pull on," "draw" or "approach." Making it "ort" just directs it...YOU pull on, not "I pull on" (tarraing orm). Redwolf Níl mé anseo níos mó, a chairde. Tá IGTF caillte...tachta le fógraí. Feicfidh mé sibh ar an suíomh seo

my question to you is: "is this on the bathroom door and is there a fairly large hole nearby?" sorry all, i'm a teenager and that's how i think. ALWAYS get a second opinion on anything I, or anyone else, attempt to translate or transliterate.
